Our Caring Staff

The staff at Cottages of Madison love what they do and are uncompromising in their standards of compassionate care for residents. Many caregivers find that residents become like family members to them and residents appreciate the kindness and compassion of the caregivers in their daily lives.

Nancy

Nancy has been in the healthcare field for over20 years. She was introduced to elder care at the age of 14, when her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. The passion for helping others live a fulfilled, active, lifestyle encouraged Nancy to begin studying nursing at Western Illinois University and Madison College. She worked at a local hospital in the mobile unit gaining a large variety of experience. Nancy joined Agrace hospice where her two passions converged, dementia and hospice care. Deeply committed to treating every person she cares for with dignity and respect, she works tirelessly to improve the quality of live for those she serves.

Seeing everyone work together to achieve the common goal of providing residents the best quality of life continues to drive my passion in the field.
